I used to be a cardio QUEEN...

Until That Stopped Working! 

As a group fitness instructor, I spent my 30s and early 40s solely running, spinning and doing anything to burn a kajillion calories. It was fantastic! I sweat like a boss, I didn't have to worry about what I ate and it felt like therapy! 

but it wasn't always that way...

When I was in my early 40s things changed


And I'm not talking in a good way. I was ten years into an autoimmune disease and my body started changing. I was gaining weight. My joints hurt. I was tired all the time. 

So I Took a Deep Dive...

And now I have dedicated my career to coaching women to start taking charge of their health through perimenopause/menopause. And guess what; it's never too early or too late to start feeling like a badass.

▶︎ If I were stranded on an island the one food I could live on, hands down, would be guacamole

▶︎ I do triathlons for fun. Even better to travel to one! 

▶︎ I can make a song out of ANYthing. My family will attest to that!
