Q: I've never weight trained before- is this a good fit for me?
A: Yes! I will be going over form, how to get into set position, how to execute lifting and make sure you feel safe and confident!
Q: How many days a week will we be lifting weights?
A: This will depend on the experience you come in with. If brand new to lifting, it will be 2-3 days. If you are experienced, it will be closer to 4-5
Q: What equipment will I need?
A: You will want access to dumbbells, resistance bands and a mat. Even better if you have use of kettlebells, barbells, & gym machines but not necessary!
Q: Will you give any direction on how to eat during this program?
A: You will have guidelines on how to eat to perform and refuel your body post lifting. Recipe sharing is highly encouraged in the group
